Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee if session is not canceled 24 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment. Any no-shows will be charged 100% for their scheduled appointment and will not be allowed to book future appointments. Deposit that have been paid are NON REFUNDABLE. No exceptions. If you cancel on the same day of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service. If you are running 10min you will be charge $15 late fee. Anything past 15 min your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service and travel fee.
